Joyce Chartier started in 1996 with a little pony party company called Choyce Party Ponies on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Celebrating 25 years of business. Since then people still flock to a party to see the ponies in action.
Joyce Chartier has been avidly involved with horses for over 40 years training, showing and working in a variety of disciplines and equine industries including Saddleseat, Western Pleasure, Driving, Thoroughbred Horse Racing, Standardbred Harness Racing, Equine Photography, Barrel Racing and Speed Events, lower level Eventing, Hunters, Dressage, Foxhunting and Extreme Trails.
Joyce has been teaching since 1988, She was formerly certified to instruct by the Horsemanship Safety Association in 1995, and certified as an HSA Assistant Clinician in 1996. She is experienced in inter-species communication, enabling horses and their riders to emotionally connect with, and understand each other. She loves to teach both fun-loving groups as well as serious private students. She especially loves teaching the “little’s” and has had students ranging from 3 – 103. Just kidding,(87 is the real number). Barrels Racing and Speed Events with dressage and reining basis; or what she terms as “Wenglish” is what she is currently teaching on the trail.
#TeamChoyce has excelled with 14 trophy saddles to their credit and Palm Beach Hounds Field Hunter of the Year for 2009, Sunnisdeoneforme.
Joyce is a former member of the Martin County Business Exchange.
She is the dream-fitter (outfitter) for all these trail rides you see, in parks, WMA’s, and other locales.
2016 was a banner year with our horses participating in #GreatFloridaCattleDrive16, Florida Cracker Trail Association Ride, Osceola Wagon Train and Trail Ride, also foxhunting with Palm Beach Hounds and Southcreek Foxhounds
